I spent most of my Sundays bundled up in my bed, doing absolutely nothing,
but not anymore.
Recently I decided to make better use of my Sundays.
I had to come up with a routine,
and at the end of it I felt much better about myself than when I was wasting it in bed binge watching series.
1. I started doing Indoor exercises,
(30 squats, lunges and crunches)
Exercising makes you feel so much better about yourself.
2. I started attending church, it gives my day meaning and I always get inspired.
You can also read a book, inspiration strikes in many ways.
3. Exploring new places. I got this idea from an article I read a while back.
Visit a place you’ve never been before, it can even be a room in your own house.
Just take a walk and explore!
