THE LARGEST NATURAL SPA IN AFRICA
A couple of days ago I mentioned I took a trip to Naivasha and there was supposed to be a follow up post. So here it is.
(PS. I’m sorry it took a while)
We went to The Olkaria Geothermal spa which is located inside Hells Gate National Park. It was such an amazing experience and very budget friendly considering it’s the largest natural spa in Africa. (You can use Google maps to get to the location)
When we got there I was a bit skeptical because of the number of people, but it was a public holiday weekend so I don’t know why that came as a shock to me.
There’s also that egg smell when you get to the Hells Gate Olkaria gate, but it kinda goes away when you get to the spa. Or did I get used to it? I’m not sure. But It’s bearable.
Before we got to the spa we had to pay the KWS standard gate fee’s, which I’ll leave below just in case you are interested.

We proceeded to the spa which is not far from the KWS gate and paid spa charges, which I will also include below.

Resident foreigners adults – Kes. 1,000

The water was just the right temperature of hot and was very relaxing, I could live in it. Need I mention the skin benefits, the sulphur in the water has tonnes of benefits which you can Google for your amusement.
It was such an amazing experience, I will definitely be back!
Here are some photos at the Hells Gate gate and the Olkaria spa.
