A few weeks ago I was nominated to be a Maxim girl. You know… the magazine, Maxim? It’s a great deal, it has been for a minute. N0? Well, you could google it real quick.

Anyway, they had advertised this competition on Instagram, #Maxim’sFinest, where you win a spread in their magazine and $2500. I applied because my friend convinced me to, but I knew there was no way in hell I’d get in. To my surprise, I got an email back a week later informing me I had been nominated. I was thrilled… until I saw my competition. Seriously! Those women look photoshopped. FUCK!

I also noticed there were not many black girls in the competition, but… I don’t want to be bitter right now. Let’s just save that for when I get eliminated… Haha! No, that’s not funny.

I’m in category 14 and in my category, we were 60 girls, but now we are down to 30, yes, I made the first cut. I owe it to you guys. The competition is still ongoing and the 2nd cut happens in about 5-10 hours.

I’m currently at position 11 and if I don’t get to top 10, I’ll be out soon. So please GO VOTE.
